Absolutely no experience necessary! This seminar is designed for first time students and is suitable for ages 13 and older. (Note: Girls under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a female adult)

This free seminar will address the 4 main threat scenarios including how to break free for an attacker and what do do if you are taken to the ground.
